Another central objective is to work with the Mission and the other U.S Government personnel to delineate the boundaries of what USAID can and cannot hope to realistically accomplish in development programming.

REQUIREMENTS
Consultants should have a degree in a relevant discipline and experience with and knowledge of the political climate and history of Nigeria as well as an understanding of conflict in Nigeria in at least one of the following regions

-Delta (Delta and Rivers states),

-North Central (Plateau, Bauchi, Kaduna)

-Far North (Borno and Sokoto).
[scholarships]
Previous experience conducting assessments and evaluations desired, as is experience with USAID funded projects.
