Head, Information Technology

Reporting To The Group Managing Director/Ceo, You Will Play The Lead Role In Ensuring That The Organization's Information Technology Strategy And Infrastructure Meets Both The Strategic And Tactical Commercial Needs Of The Organization. You Will Be Responsible For All Aspects Of Information Management And Control, Including Monitoring And Maintaining All Systems, Application Services And It Automation Infrastructure, As Well As Defining Group-Wide Standards For It Operations.

Degree-Qualified In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field, You Will Have Relevant Certification In At Least One Of The Following Professional Certifications: Mcse, Ccna/P, Or Ccda/P. You Must Also Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of High-Level Experience In An Enterprise It Environment Dealing With Systems Distributed Over Multiple Sites; Ideally, This Will Include Three To Five Years Of Cognate Experience In A Managerial Capacity. You Must Possess Significant Leadership And Effective Communication Skills To Be Able To Manage Relationships With Internal Stakeholders, Outsourced Suppliers And Within The It Team.

Head, Human Resources

Reporting To The Group Managing Director/Ceo, You Will Take The Lead In Developing Effective Human Resources Strategies To Meet The Organization's Strategic Human Capital Requirements. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Developing An Effective Workforce Plan To Ensure The Group Meets Its Immediate And Long-Term Talent Acquisition Objectives, Adopting Best Practice Recruiting Techniques To Attract Top Quality Personnel, Designing An Effective Performancemanagement System To Drive Strong Performance And Retain Critical Talent And Establishing Appropriate Talent Development Plans To Build Leadership Strength In Depth And Maintain Technical Expertise In All Functional Areas.

You Will Be Degree-Qualified (Preferably With A Relevant Post Graduate Qualification And Professional Membership). You Will Have A Minimum Of 10 Years' Post Graduation Experience, Five Of Which Must Have Been In A Similar Role With A Reputable Multi-National Company Or Professional Services Organization.
Excellent Managerial And Interpersonal Skills Will Be Coupled With An Open-Minded Approach To Problem-Solving. Success In The Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Current And Emerging Best Practices In Hr Management

Head, Finance And Accounts

Reporting To The Group Managing Director Ceo, You Will Be Expected To Serve As A True Business Partner To Executive Management. In This Capacity, Your Primary Responsibility Will Be To Lead The Finance Team In Developing Effective Financial Strategies To Facilitate The Group's Ambitious Growth Plans, Whilst Challenging And Improving Existing Processes And Systems At The Group And Divisional Level.

You Will Be Degree-Qualified Chartered Accountant (An Mba Or Relevant Post Graduate Qualification Will Be An Advantage). You Will Have A Minimum Of 10 Years' Working Experience, At Least Five Of Which Must Have Been In A Management Role In A Multi- National Company, Or Professional Services Organization.
Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential And You Must Be Able To Demonstrate Prior Success In Building A Robust Multi-Location Finance Team.
