Lagos Business School (LBS) is a not-for-profit organisation founded in 1991 as a management development institution offering non-degree professional development programmes to practicing managers. In January 2002 the Federal Government of Nigeria approved the application of LBS to be raised to the status of a private university as part of Pan-African University .
We are always interested to hear from people who are interested in joining us as faculty or professional staff.
When you join LBS you become part of a community with a strong identity. LBS offers a demanding, stimulating and creative work environment; has a strong culture of respect for all the people who work in the School; provides rich training opportunities; and is always mindful of the fact that its staff have also commitments and responsibilities outside the School, and tries to make it possible for the staff to give them due attention.
We need first-class staff and do our best to remunerate them accordingly. We also provide life cover, and generous pension and gratuity schemes.
For regular faculty positions we demand that applicants have a relevant PhD; a record of scholarly and/or professional publications; and either strong familiarity with the world of management practice or at least a strong commitment to acquire it.
