Key Responsibilities
Reporting To The Director General/Ceo, The Suitable Candidate Is Expected To
• Develop And Implement And Approved Work Plan For The Department
• Develop Policies And Procedures For The Department And Ensure Compliance With The Organization’s Financial Guidelines And Control Measure To Reduce Operational And Financial Risk
• Record In A Timely Manner All Financial Activities Of The Organization In Accordance With Established Process
• Manage And Coordinate The Overall Budgeting Process And Cash Flow
• Prepare And Submit Periodic Financial Reports To The Director General/CEO
• Review, Standardize And Manage The Overall Administration And Human Resources Functions Of The Organization
Key Skills & Attributes
The Ideal Candidate For The Position Must Be Articulate With Demonstrable And Verifiable Record Of Good Financial Management Skills And Possess Experience In The Use Of One Or Two Accounting Software Packages
The Ideal Candidates Must Be Between The Ages Of 35 And 45
• Possess Minimum Of A First Degree Finance, Accounting Or Business Administration With A Minimum Of Second Class, Lower Division From A Reputable University
• Possess A Professional Qualification Such As Ican Or Acca
• Be A Proficient User Of Microsoft Word And Excel Software Packages
• Have Ability To Communicate Effectively At All Levels
• Have Verifiable Evidence Of High Performance Record
• Have At Least 10 Years Relevant Experience In Finance, Administration Or Human Resources, 4 Of Must Be At A Management Level

• Develop And Maintain An Appropriate Data Base To Facilitate The Organization’s Work
• Develop Strategic Alliance For Collaboration/Sponsorship For The Organization’s Activities
• Coordinate The Organizations Events.
