Head of Marketing in a  Telecommunications Company

The candidate will be responsible for the effective marketing of the business into South Africa and neighbouring countries. A brand ambassador of the business to all its stakeholders (internal and external), you will be responsible for providing strategic marketing direction which is line with the overall business objectives. You will the driving force behind the business ensuring effective implementation of campaigns. As the Head of Marketing you will be have profit and loss accountability of the various brands in the business.

Who we're looking for
The successful incumbent must have the following:
• Degree qualified in Marketing
• Minimum of 6 years senior marketing experience at management level in the hair care or personal care is essential
• Proven experience in increasing market share and brand awareness
• Experience in ATL and BTL advertising
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comprehensive understand of the classical marketing
• Marketing experience in Africa is preferred
• Retail marketing experience
