The candidate will work on the helpdesk providing first level support to customers. He/she will handle enquires and troubleshooting over the phone. There will be elements of sales and
marketing. He/she must be able to troubleshoot network issues remotely. This position places high responsibility on the individual in representing the company to customers who call in. The candidate may be promoted to a more advanced position should he/she demonstrate capabilities on the job.Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in IT-related field
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Must have good fundamentals in networking topologies — LAN, WAN and Wireless.
- 2-3 years of experience in a helpdesk environment.
- Candidates with wireless networking experience are preferred.
- Candidates must be able to adapt a flexible working schedule.
- Readiness to work shifts.
- Candidates must have a positive attitude and be highly responsible and motivated.
