Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator. The office employs a wide range of Civil Servants, Foreign Service Officers, and contractors on both permanent and temporary assignments to implement the President's historic Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. Staff includes experts in public health, foreign assistance programming, strategic planning, Congressional and public affairs, budgeting and management.
