Plan, organise, coordinate and run the unit activities;
Implement the Institute's policy on administrative, accounting, financial, patrimonial and human resources management (HR);
Develop strategies, policies and procedures aimed at mobilizing financial resources for the institution;
Assure good management of resources and its efficiency and profitability;
Share best practices and that culture with other managers;
Prepare within six months following the recruitment, the first action plan for the period 2010-2014.
Applicant’s profile:
▪ Must hold a bachelor degree in Management, Accounting or other related fields;
▪ Have a 5-year experience in the following areas:
Accounting/financial management
Use of accounting software and HR management
Proficiency on the following application programs: spreadsheets, word processors, databases, graphic programs and easiness to explore new programs.
▪ Be originated from an ECOWAS country or its Diaspora.
