IHVN is a leading provider of treatment, care and support for people living with HIV/AIDS with headquarters in Abuja and Regional offices in Benin, Jos, Kano and Federal Capital Territory. We require a competent and result-oriented candidate to fill the position below.
Education/Experience:
Medical degree – MD, MBBS, BMChB or its equivalents. Postgraduate qualifications preferably Fellowship of the Postgraduate Medical Colleges (Nigerian, West African). At least 5 years in Clinical practice and at least 3 years working experience in a HIV and TB or Malaria, Programme. Familiarity with the Nigerian health system.
Key Areas Of Responsibility

Provide clinical needs assessments, healthcare provider training, mentoring, preceptorship, Monitoring and Evaluation of healthcare programs.

Maintain current knowledge of HIV/AIDS standards and treatment development; patient’s standards of care and research developments.

Participate in development of educational programs and curriculum development; of clinical strategies and protocols.

Interactive mentoring and preceptorship at points of service.

Participate in division meetings and initiatives as assigned.

Participate in representation and educational programs provided to internal and external medical providers; partners and stakeholders.
