Objectives
•To report to the Plant Human Resources Manager and provide support in general HR administration and Industrial relations
Responsibilities
• Handling of Insurance Matters (Accident report and claim) and Workmen compensation
• Maintenance of staff data base
Candidate’s Profile
• 2-3 years’ relevant experience in an FMCG company
• B.Sc or HND degree in any Management or Social Science discipline from a reputable institution (Minimum 2nd class lower)
• Good organisation skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Computer literate
• Attention to detail
• Not more than 28 years old
