The Maintenance Engineer provides technical expertise for maintenance related issues for all Allseas’ vessels. The Maintenance Engineer works in close co-operation with Technical Superintendents, Technical Inspectors and vessel crew. The Maintenance Engineer reports directly to the Unit Head Maintenance Engineering.
For our office in Delft, The Netherlands, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer. The Maintenance Engineer works within the Technical Department. The Technical Department’s objective is to support the vessels, tenders and projects in the best possible way and to manage Allseas' vessels technically in the most effective and cost-efficient manner.
Job requirements:

HTS/TU Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering;

Nautical and/or offshore experience would be advantageous;

Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;

Willing to travel.
Job tasks:
-
Support the Technical Department with all maintenance related issues (on- and offshore);
-
Analyse internal technical reports and follow-up, when required;
-
Improve maintenance methods and concepts;
-
Identify, analyse and follow-up maintenance concepts for production critical equipment;

Optimise cost control and budget structure for the Technical Department;

Keep preventive maintenance schedules up to date in the planned maintenance system;

Investigate new maintenance technologies.
