Job Description
Managing Country expectation of FIT deliverable s. Ensure appropriate IT resources are delivering quality IT services according to agreed SLA’s to the country. Provide strong performance leadership and development for country IT services Desk managers.

Requirements
- University degree in managing information systems, information Technology or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 10years experience, 5 of which must be in a leading role or in a big cross functional project.
- Experience with FMCG industry would be considered an asset.
