Operations Manager (Change Management), P-3 in its Freetown, Sierra Leone Country Office.
Purpose of the post:
Responsible for roll out of various change management initiatives (e.g. IPSAS, Vision, New Result Structure, HACT etc) under the Guidance of the Chief of Operations.  Assists in reviewing key business processes, preparing local guidelines, standard operating procedures, workflow processes etc.  Orients staff on all aspects of change management

Your profile:
• Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Management or a related technical field.
• Five to seven years of progressively responsible professional work experience at the national or international levels in operations management. Good knowledge of Change Management.
• Good judgement, initiative, high sense of responsibility, analytical, negotiating, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of French will be an asset.
• Computer skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Training skills and experiences an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good judgement and decisiveness
• Ability to provide technical leadership
• Integrity, flexibility and tact
Duration of this assignment is 7 months (May to November 2010).
