|Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:||Define TExAs(Telecom Excellence Academy) digital roadmap, according to TExA`s strategic ambition and maturity evolution.Plan, design, develop and implement digital enabled learning solutions to strengthen TExA programs efficiency
Facilitate the access and appropriation of digital solutions with in the program Managers teams, with a forward-looking approach, identifying, sharing best practices and providing support to TExA users
Ensure the alignment and quality of digital enables learning solutions as per customer requirements
Identifying and coordinate all resources needed for solution design, internal (ethio telecom`s experts) or external (training/consulting suppliers and vendors)
Prepare terms of reference (ToR)and specifications for design, development and/or delivery of digital enables learning solutions
|Required Qualification and experience||Master’s Degree or BSC degree in Electrical Engineering, Information System, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Communication Engineering, IT or related field of study with at least 3 years for MSC & 5 years for BSC experience in the following areas out of which 3 years’ experience in related supervisory or specialist positions:Planning or design of digital learning solutions or other business related digital solutions
Developing and implementing of digital learning solutions or other business related digital solutions
Transversal technical projects
Software development and/or customization
Training design and/or delivery

Good capacity to use Microsoft office & ERP packages
Outstanding interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
